1/2 cup all-purpose flour (or almond flour for gluten-free)
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
Start by cutting your chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
Set up your dredging stations: one with flour seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; one with beaten eggs; and the last with breadcrumbs mixed with paprika.
Coat each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, dip it into the eggs, and roll it in the breadcrumbs.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Place the coated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Lightly spray with cooking spray and air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
