Ingredients
Scale
12 ounces of spaghetti
8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
1 cup of sour cream
1 can (14.5 oz) of diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Fresh basil, chopped for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Once the water is bubbling, add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente, typically about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the diced tomatoes (with juices), 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese into the cream cheese mixture. Fold in the cooked spaghetti until coated.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil. Pour the spaghetti mixture into the dish, spreading evenly. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Cover with foil if browning too quickly.
Let the spaghetti cool for about 5-10 minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped basil before serving.
