4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 lemon (zest and juice)
2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
1 cup of cherry tomatoes (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped dill, and minced garlic.
Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet. Drizzle the lemon dill sauce over the top and season with salt and pepper. Scatter cherry tomatoes around the fillets if desired.
