4 large eggs
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup banana pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 cup whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden, then let it cool.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the remaining sugar and beat until creamy.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract, mashed bananas, and banana pudding mix until fully incorporated.
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust in the springform pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 55 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. Let it cool on a wire rack for around 30 minutes.
Cover cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour, or ideally overnight.
