1 cup BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
Slider buns (12 count)
Pickles, coleslaw, or jalapeños for toppings
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Pork – Trim excess fat and season the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Step 2: Slow Cook the Pork – Place the seasoned pork in a slow cooker, cover with BBQ sauce, and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours until tender.
Step 3: Shred the Pork – Transfer the pork to a cutting board and shred it with two forks, drizzling additional BBQ sauce over it.
