  • 16 large jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
  • 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, plus extra for topping
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the jumbo pasta shells until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Fill each cooked shell with the chicken and broccoli mixture and arrange in a baking dish.
  • Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and top with additional mozzarella.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
