2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
2 cups frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk or chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine shredded cooked chicken, thawed hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), shredded cheddar cheese, and milk. Sprinkle in garlic and onion powder, along with salt and pepper. Stir until well incorporated.
Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish. Pour the mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown. If the top browns too quickly, cover it with aluminum foil.
