  • 12 oz of penne pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: crushed red pepper flakes

  • Instructions

  • Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ranch dressing, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir until well blended.
  • Add cooked pasta, broccoli florets, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl of sauce. Mix until everything is well-coated.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and pour the pasta mixture into it. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
