1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 package of frozen tater tots
1 small onion, diced
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
½ teaspoon of black pepper
½ teaspoon of salt
1 cup of sour cream
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until it’s no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat and add the diced onions. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until softened.
Add the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir until fully combined and heated through.
In a large casserole dish, spread the meat mixture evenly across the bottom. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
