Discover the tempting taste of Chicken Alfredo Pizza, a delicious blend of creamy sauce, tender chicken, and melted cheese! Perfect for pizza lovers!
Ingredients
Scale
1 lb chicken breast, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup Alfredo sauce
1 pizza crust
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Start by heating olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the diced chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sauté the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked, usually about 8-10 minutes.
While the chicken cooks, preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
If you’re using homemade pizza dough, roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness. If using store-bought, follow the package instructions.
Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce, followed by the sautéed chicken. Add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning on top.
Transfer the pizza to your preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven. Let it cool for a couple of minutes before garnishing with freshly chopped parsley. Slice your masterpiece and enjoy the creamy goodness!
