2 cups cooked white rice
1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
In a pan over medium heat, cook the diced chicken until it's no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook thoroughly and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the cooked rice, frozen mixed vegetables, and cooked chicken.
