8 oz fettuccine pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lb chicken breast, sliced into strips

3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon salt
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve half a cup of pasta water before draining.
