Instructions

- Heat 1-2 tablespoons oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry salmon bites for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the Bang Bang sauce.
