4 oz of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz of mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 cup of breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Bread – Trim the crusts off the slices of bread and flatten each slice gently using a rolling pin.
Step 2: Assemble the Cheese Bombs – Place a spoonful of cheddar and mozzarella cheeses in the center of a slice, top with another slice, and press down firmly to seal.
Step 3: Dredge the Bombs – Coat each cheese bomb in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally roll in breadcrumbs.
