1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Wash the cauliflower thoroughly, and cut it into bite-sized florets.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned cauliflower, and toss again until the cheese adheres.
Spread the seasoned cauliflower onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 25 minutes, turning halfway through.
Once golden brown and crispy, remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve.
