  • 12 Chai Tea Bags
  • 1 cup of Water
  • 1 cup of Milk (whole, almond, oat, or soy)
  • 1 shot of Espresso (about 1 ounce)
  • Sweetener to taste (Sugar, honey, or preferred sweetener)
  • Optional ground Cinnamon or Nutmeg for garnish

  • Instructions

  • Start by boiling 1 cup of water in a small pot. Once boiling, remove it from heat and add the chai tea bags. Allow it to steep for 5 minutes.
  • While your chai is brewing, prepare the espresso shot using an espresso machine, French press, or AeroPress.
  • Once your chai is ready, remove the tea bags and pour the brewed chai into a blender. Add 1 cup of your chosen milk and blend on high until frothy.
  • Pour the espresso shot into a large mug, followed by the chai-milk mixture. Stir gently to combine the flavors. Sweeten to taste and optionally sprinkle a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg on top.
