Start by washing the strawberries thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry using a kitchen towel.In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate and 100g of the milk chocolate, melting them in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.Dip each strawberry into the melted dark chocolate, covering about two-thirds, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract and whip until soft peaks form.Use a piping bag to fill each chocolate-dipped strawberry with the whipped cream.Melt the remaining milk chocolate and drizzle it over the whipped cream-filled strawberries.Add edible gold leaf on top of each strawberry and chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before serving.
