  • 1 cup of chocolate candy eggs (such as Cadbury Mini Eggs or Jordan Almonds)
  • A pinch of salt

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the crispy chow mein noodles and a pinch of salt to the wet mixture. Fold in the noodles until evenly coated.
