1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough
1 cup of chocolate chips
1 cup of mini marshmallows
1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs
Vegetable oil for frying
Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
Start by gathering all the ingredients to create a seamless cooking experience.
Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit with your hands or a rolling pin until it's about 1/4 inch thick.
On each flattened biscuit, place a teaspoon each of chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal them tightly.
In a frying pan, pour enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom of the pan (about 1-2 inches deep). Heat the oil over medium-high.
Carefully place each s'mores bomb into the hot oil. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they’re golden brown.
