1 pound scallops
4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions
Rinse the Jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Combine the rice with 2 cups of water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
