1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1 cup of dry white wine or chicken broth
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon of lemon zest
1/2 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup of breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: splash of olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, combine the shrimp with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and zest.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the garlic and red pepper flakes; cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Pour the white wine (or chicken broth) into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Add shrimp and parsley; cook until shrimp start to turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
