2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 slices of crispy bacon
1 cup of fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
½ cup of diced tomatoes
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup of ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)
4 large tortillas or wraps
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Preheat the grill on medium-high heat and grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let the chicken rest before slicing.
Cook bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
Layer a tortilla with romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocado, grilled chicken, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom up.
