Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 packs of instant ramen noodles
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

  • Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the minced garlic and mixed vegetables to the skillet with the ground beef and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • While the beef and veggies are cooking, boil the beef broth in a separate pot. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes.
