  • 1 bell pepper (any color)
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 3 green onions, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water

  • Start by washing and chopping all your vegetables. Prepping ahead can save time during cooking. Lay out the ground turkey, vegetables, and sauces so they are all within reach.
