1/4 cup breadcrumbs (or gluten-free breadcrumbs)
1 egg
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup green onions, chopped, plus more for garnish
1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, chopped green onions, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, and seasoning. Mix until well blended.
