  • 2 tablespoons of honey or sugar (or to taste)
  • Ice (for serving)

  • Instructions

  • Start by boiling 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Once it’s boiling, turn off the heat and add the black tea bags, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, and cloves. Let it steep for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bags and spices. Stir in your choice of sweetener while the tea is still warm.
