3 large eggs
3 ounces of cream cheese
1/4 teaspoon of cream of tartar
Salt to taste
Optional seasoning such as garlic powder, onion powder, or herbs
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, placing the whites in a large mixing bowl and the yolks in a separate bowl.
Add the cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
In the bowl with the egg yolks, add the cream cheese and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the yolk and cream cheese mixture.
Using a spoon, dollop the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet, creating approximately 6 rounds.
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
