3 ripe bananas (preferably Pisang Ambon or Cavendish)
200 grams of glutinous rice flour
100 ml of coconut milk
50 grams of sugar

Instructions
Wash the pandan leaves thoroughly and cut them into 7-8 inch strips.
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth to have about 1 cup of mashed banana.
In a separate bowl, mix the glutinous rice flour, sugar, and salt thoroughly.
Combine the mashed banana and coconut milk into the dry mixture until a homogenous dough is formed.
Shape the mixture into rectangular portions about 2 inches in length.
Wrap each portion in pandan leaves, folding them over and securing with a toothpick if necessary.
