  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning

  • Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and ground beef. Cook until browned, stirring occasionally for about 5–7 minutes. Mix in the taco seasoning once the beef is almost done.
  • Grab a large griddle or baking sheet. Layer tortilla chips evenly across the surface. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the chips, followed by the cooked ground beef, black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeño slices.
  • Add the remaining shredded cheese on top, then preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the assembled nachos in the preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the nachos cool for a minute, then top with diced avocado, green onions, sour cream, and cilantro.
