- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (or olive oil for dairy-free alternatives)
- 4 garlic cloves, minced (or 1 tablespoon garlic powder)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped (or dried basil)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise, stopping just before the tail fin.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant (1-2 minutes). Stir in fresh herbs and lemon juice and allow to simmer for another minute.
- Spoon the garlic herb butter sauce generously over the exposed lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the meat is opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C). Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes if desired.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool, drizzle with remaining sauce, sprinkle with paprika, and serve immediately.
