1 lb ground beef or turkey

Olive oil for sautéing

Instructions
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes. Then add minced garlic and diced bell pepper, cooking for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the ground beef or turkey to the pan, break apart with a spatula, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Stir in the chopped cabbage and mix well with the meat. Cook for about 5 minutes until cabbage begins to wilt.
