  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Step 1: Cook the Pasta – Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the pasta, and cook until al dente.
  • Step 2: Prepare the Vegetables – Wash and chop the vegetables: dice the cucumber, chop the bell pepper, halve the cherry tomatoes, and slice the red onion.
