  • Instructions

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan with non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and peanut butter. Use a hand mixer or a stand mixer to cream them together until light and fluffy.
  • Add the brown sugar and granulated sugar, mixing until well combined. Then, add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients.
