- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper (red or green), sliced
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- Fresh herbs (like cilantro or basil) for garnish
Instructions
- Begin by marinating the thinly sliced beef. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and lime juice. Mix well and add the beef slices, ensuring each piece is fully coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- While the beef marinates, slice the onion and bell pepper.
- In a large frying pan or wok, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and heat over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced onion to the pan. Sauté for about 2 minutes.
- Add the marinated beef to the pan, spreading it out in a single layer and let it sear for about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the sliced bell pepper and continue to stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Before serving, give everything a gentle toss and garnish with fresh herbs.
