  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

  • Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2: In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil or butter. Once melted, toss in the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp with a pinch of salt and pepper, sauté until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, sautéed shrimp, Alfredo sauce, Italian seasoning, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
  • Step 4: Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the rice and shrimp mixture into the dish, spreading it out evenly. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
