  • 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Wash the bell peppers, slice the tops off, and remove the seeds.
