  • 1 pound of fresh shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  • Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant, then add shrimp seasoned with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until shrimp are pink.
  • In a bowl, mix grated Parmesan and mozzarella with half of the breadcrumbs and parsley.
