  • Whole Bone-In Ham (7-10 pounds)
  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • Spices (Ginger, Cinnamon, Cloves)

Instructions

  1. Remove the ham from its packaging and pat it dry with paper towels. Preheat your pellet grill to 225°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and honey. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
  4. Rub the spice mixture on the ham generously.
  5. Position the ham on the grill grates away from direct heat and insert a meat thermometer.
  6. After 2 hours of smoking, baste the ham with the glaze every 30 minutes.
  7. Smoke until the internal temperature reaches 140°F.
  8. Once done, let the ham rest for 15-20 minutes before serving.
