- 1 cup Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup Honey
- Spices (Ginger, Cinnamon, Cloves)
Instructions
- Remove the ham from its packaging and pat it dry with paper towels. Preheat your pellet grill to 225°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and honey. Whisk until smooth.
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
- Rub the spice mixture on the ham generously.
- Position the ham on the grill grates away from direct heat and insert a meat thermometer.
- After 2 hours of smoking, baste the ham with the glaze every 30 minutes.
- Smoke until the internal temperature reaches 140°F.
- Once done, let the ham rest for 15-20 minutes before serving.
