4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup whole milk
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
