4 cups of cornbread stuffing mix
1 cup of chicken broth
1 cup of diced celery
1 cup of chopped onion
1/2 cup of butter
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon of sage
1 teaspoon of thyme

1 cup of cooked vegetables (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cornbread stuffing mix with the diced celery, chopped onion, and your choice of cooked vegetables.
In another bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, eggs, butter, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Incorporate the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring until everything is well combined. Layer the shredded chicken evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spoon the dressing mixture over it.
Bake the dish in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
After removing the dish from the oven, let it sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
