  • 1 cup mixed greens – for freshness and crunch
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced – creamy and indulgent
  • ½ cup mayonnaise – for Garlic Aioli
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced – packs a flavor punch

  • Instructions

  • Pat the salmon fillet dry with a paper towel. Mix together Cajun seasoning, olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then rub evenly on the salmon.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook the seasoned salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Flake the salmon into large pieces.
