1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour

4 crusty hoagie buns
Shredded lettuce

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with buttermilk and Cajun seasoning. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix flour with salt, pepper, and an additional teaspoon of Cajun seasoning.
