  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup of snap peas or broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
  • Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

  • Instructions

  • Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Season lightly with salt and a pinch of pepper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and grated ginger. Adjust sriracha for desired heat.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds, then add shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque, then set aside.
