1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
1 ripe avocado
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon wasabi (optional)
Seaweed sheets (nori)

Instructions
Rinse 2 cups of sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook the rice following the instructions on the package or in a rice cooker.
In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and optional wasabi. Mix gently until well incorporated.
