1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour your mini cake pans or line them with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter until light and fluffy. Gradually add in the sugar while continuing to mix.
