  • 1/4 cup of cooked turkey sausage or bacon (or black beans for a vegetarian twist)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (149°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well blended. Season generously with salt and pepper to taste.
