Ingredients

1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon nut butter
1/2 banana, sliced
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
Rinse 1/4 cup of quinoa under cold water. Combine it with 1/2 cup of water in a saucepan, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
