  • 1 cup of cauliflower (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  • Instructions

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and let it rest before slicing it into thin strips.

  • If using cauliflower, steam it until tender and blend it to achieve a pasta-like consistency. Incorporate the cauliflower into the sauce for added nutrition. Mix in the sliced chicken and let it simmer for a few additional minutes to meld the flavors.
