  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.
  • Toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning in a mixing bowl until well-coated.
  • In a skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Adjust sauce consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  • Add cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss gently. Fold in chopped parsley and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer shrimp and pasta mixture into a greased baking dish, sprinkle with additional cheese, and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
